Responsibilities

Showcase the value of Deel’s HR platform to deliver technical wins.
Consult with prospective customers to assess their processes and propose optimized solutions.
Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, managing solution discovery and platform demonstrations.
Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to improve processes.
Develop and maintain technical enablement assets.
Support marketing-led initiatives such as webinars and joint solution workshops.
Stay updated on technology trends and best practices.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant.
Previous experience with a Global HRIS provider is preferable.
Understanding of the hire to retire HRIS workflow is essential.
Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
Outstanding presentational skills with a focus on value.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
