Responsibilities
- Own critical product and platform areas of the Work IQ API and related agentic components.
- Set technical and quality standards for agentic systems and developer-facing tooling.
- Design and ship performant, reliable terminal experiences for developers.
- Use data, benchmarks, and direct user feedback to guide iteration and investment.
- Collaborate across organizations to enable teams to build agentic products on a shared foundation.
- Influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards beyond the immediate team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master's degree and 3+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: hands-on production experience building and operating generative AI or agentic systems with ownership of quality, reliability, and iteration.
- Preferred: experience shipping customer-facing developer interfaces or products, platform and foundation systems, systems design, performance, debugging, and agentic-system evaluations.
