Base Salary
$136k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-user-facing frontend and full-stack features for Eightfold’s AI-powered talent management product.
- Own the technical design and execution of medium-to-large projects.
- Develop modern React interfaces backed by REST APIs, AWS Lambda services, and Solr.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, tech leads, and engineers to design and roll out user experiences.
- Build scalable, reliable, performant software platforms used by millions of users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and shipping end-user-facing frontend UI features.
- Strong coding and technical design skills with knowledge of fundamental computer science algorithms and concepts.
- Experience with React or modern frontend technologies such as VueJS or NextJS.
- Experience with hooks, modern CSS, TypeScript, and full-stack product development.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with high-performance production applications is required.
- Experience with SaaS and AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- A BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Interest in applying AI technologies to usable interfaces and learning relevant technologies in the company’s stack.
