Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and implement DevOps and deployment strategies with engineering teams.
- Maintain and update CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Handle critical support and deployment requests with IT, SaaS, and test teams.
- Create deployment strategies that minimize deployment risk, downtime, and user impact.
- Evaluate and adopt Azure cloud tools and technologies.
- Own the performance, scalability, reliability, and sustainability of cloud deployments.
- Implement observability through logging, metrics, and tracing and embed DevSecOps practices into development.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on development or operations experience implementing and optimizing DevOps processes on Azure.
- At least 3 years of experience owning deployment of microservices-based solutions on Azure Cloud Services, including AKS, ASB, App Services, and App Insights.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Linux shell scripting, and Python.
- Strong experience implementing and managing Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration on Azure.
- Good knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Azure DevOps or cloud certification is preferred.
- Exposure to or experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps on Azure is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, ML, and GenAI concepts is preferred.
