Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices handling billions in monthly transaction volume.
- Build user interfaces that help Treasury operations work efficiently and safely using React.
- Develop logic for bank-specific API behavior, holiday schedules, regional settlement cut-offs, and other global money-movement constraints.
- Build and optimize data infrastructure for data integrity, reconciliation, and a trusted source of truth.
- Design technical solutions that balance latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
- Own problems and drive projects end-to-end while collaborating across teams and sharing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and hands-on Spring experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with React.
- Experience with backend development, SQL or NoSQL databases, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web development technologies, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply engineering best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, product judgment, and continuous-improvement skills.

- Starting salary of €4,250–€5,750 gross per month plus Wise RSUs.
