Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot services for high-volume Treasury money movement.
- Build user interfaces that help operations teams work efficiently and safely.
- Develop logic for bank-specific API behavior, holiday schedules, and regional settlement cut-offs.
- Build and optimize data infrastructure for reconciliation and a reliable source of truth.
- Design technical solutions balancing latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
- Collaborate across teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and drive projects from problem definition through delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and hands-on Spring experience.
- 3+ years of experience with React.
- Experience with backend development, databases, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web development technologies including REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply engineering best practices.
- Ability to take ownership, propose solutions, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Benefits
- Starting salary of €4,250–€5,750 gross per month plus Wise RSUs.
