Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices for high-volume, zero-downtime treasury operations.
- Build user interfaces that help operations teams move funds efficiently and safely.
- Develop logic for bank-specific API behavior, holiday schedules, and regional settlement cut-offs.
- Build and optimize data infrastructure for reconciliation, data integrity, and a reliable source of truth.
- Design technical solutions balancing latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability.
- Own problems and projects end-to-end while collaborating across teams and sharing technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java or other JVM-based languages and hands-on Spring experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with React.
- Experience with backend development, SQL or NoSQL databases, synchronous and asynchronous communication, and distributed systems.
- Experience with web development technologies, REST APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply engineering best practices.
- Ability to balance latency, throughput, adaptability, and scalability when designing solutions.
- Customer-first product mindset, ownership of problems, and ability to drive projects through measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills, proactive collaboration, and interest in learning and knowledge sharing.
