Responsibilities
- Guide technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate GitLab’s platform capabilities.
- Manage the technical evaluation process, including solution design and proof of concept ownership.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to enhance platform adoption.
- Advise customers on modern software development and recommend improvements to existing practices.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, providing feedback and competitive insights.
- Maintain and extend technical expertise in GitLab and related technologies.
- Invest in personal growth through ongoing learning and mentorship.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable DevSecOps platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
- Ability to manage technical evaluations and design workshops.
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
- Skill in building relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
