Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agent-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize Planner-Executor, Tool Calling, Multi-Agent Systems, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Develop scalable AI solutions in Python with coding, testing, and version control practices.
- Integrate large language models and generative AI frameworks including OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen.
- Implement LLMOps practices including model evaluation, prompt optimization, experimentation, performance monitoring, and tuning.
- Implement AI governance, responsible AI, guardrails, prompt safety, validation, privacy controls, and risk management.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and internal and external tools.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI applications in AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment automation pipelines.
- Use Snowflake for retrieval, grounding, context management, and AI-powered solutions.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into AI solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical workstreams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing AI agentic solutions or related technologies.
- Strong expertise in agentic AI architectures, generative AI, LLMOps, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Python development skills and experience building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.
- Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, and AI application deployment.
- Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, agent optimization, performance monitoring, and tuning.
- Preferred experience in private banking, asset and wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Preferred experience designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Preferred experience building reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Preferred exposure to model risk management, auditability, compliance, and regulated-industry requirements.
- Preferred experience with Ragas, DeepEval, TruLens, or similar AI evaluation frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps platforms, model lifecycle management, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, and modern AI and analytics platforms is preferred.
- AWS AI/ML, generative AI, or cloud technology certifications are preferred.
- English language proficiency is preferred; Swedish nationality is preferred.
