Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate backend services supporting the core product.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability.
- Build and maintain real-time infrastructure powering voice-based AI workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product partners, and founders.
- Ship frequently to production and iterate based on customer needs and system behavior.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong backend engineering experience focused on building scalable systems.
- Experience with Go or a strong willingness to work with Go in production.
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, data modeling, and service reliability.
- Experience operating and maintaining production services.
- Product-oriented mindset and comfort making tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
