Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage teams in performing project work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop and enforce standards for code quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Perform code reviews and apply quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Expertise in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with code review and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive project success.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
