Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of business processes and backend services.
- Collaborate in building solutions using Java and associated technologies.
- Assist in service integration and API consumption.
- Conduct unit tests to ensure software quality.
- Engage in analysis, development, testing, and support activities.
- Work with senior developers and architects to adopt best development practices.
- Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies.
- Learn and adopt quality standards and development practices defined by the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Computing, IT, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software development.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with REST API consumption.
- Knowledge of Git or version control tools.
- Basic understanding of data structures and programming logic.
- Desirable skills include Spring Framework or Spring Boot, Maven, Oracle Database, REST/SOAP services, Linux/Unix, Docker, and unit testing (JUnit).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
