Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Create technical specifications, unit test plans, installation plans, interfaces, database structures, forms, and reports.
- Perform problem analysis, coding, unit testing, debugging, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop advanced solutions using Oracle Cloud and related technologies and tools.
- Build and support integrations between internal and external systems using file and database interfaces.
- Provide third-tier production support during installations and end-user training.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, Oracle Managed Cloud Services, and Coupa.
- Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and process-improvement opportunities within Oracle applications.
- Maintain technical and functional knowledge and document systems and solutions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and production support of Oracle e-Business applications.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud, especially Oracle Financials modules and HCM modules.
- Experience developing all aspects of RICE objects.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and file-based interfaces.
- Experience developing custom applications and user interfaces with Oracle APEX and VBCS.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FDI, and operational reporting.
- Experience supporting bulk data loading with FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience is required; high school diploma and associate degree are also listed, and a master's degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of XML, JSON, XSLT, and Web Services experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of encryption and security protocols, technical documentation, software applications, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment, including evaluating AI outputs and using AI responsibly.
