Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-quality features for Eight Sleep's native Android application.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance to improve the member experience.
- Collaborate closely with backend, firmware, ML, R&D, growth, hardware, and executive teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience shipping high-quality features for native Android applications.
- Fluent proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, and MVI.
- Experience building scalable, testable, enterprise-grade applications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining stability.
- Preferred experience building custom UI components in Compose.
- Preferred experience developing software for hardware products, particularly in the health or medical field.
- Preferred experience working with health-related apps and peripherals.
