Principal GTM Systems Architect

Responsibilities
- Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems and lead implementation of AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce workflows and agents.
- Build and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Own integration strategy and technical delivery across the GTM technology stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
- Design enterprise data models and advanced scoring layers for propensity, ICP attribution, and lead and account scoring.
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate strategic business goals into technical requirements and system designs.
- Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Mentor GTM engineers and administrators and establish standards for code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role.
- Expert hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks.
- Experience leading technical projects and architecting solutions across a multi-platform GTM technology stack.
- Deep expertise in object-oriented programming with Apex, Python, and JavaScript and experience with modular design.
- Extensive experience building enterprise integrations using Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware.
- Experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce.
- Ability to translate ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints, with strong strategic problem-solving, communication, documentation, and system-adoption skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Architect certifications, experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud, and knowledge of Model Context Protocol, tool calling, RAG, or semantic search.
- Preferred experience includes CI/CD implementation with Git, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI; GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari; and enterprise-scale signal-based selling and propensity modeling.
