Principal GTM Systems Architect

Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems and lead AI-powered workflow and agent implementations using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Architect, build, and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
  • Drive scalable system design using object-oriented programming and enterprise architecture practices.
  • Own the strategy and delivery of integrations across the GTM stack using Workato, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
  • Design enterprise data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead and account scoring.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and system designs.
  • Mentor GTM engineers and administrators and establish practices for code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployments.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role.
  • Expert-level hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks.
  • Experience leading technical projects and architecting solutions across a multi-platform GTM technology stack.
  • Deep expertise in object-oriented programming, including Apex, Python, and JavaScript, and modular design.
  • Extensive experience building enterprise integrations with Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints.
  • Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, with experience driving system adoption.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Architect certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
  • Preferred: expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or semantic search.
  • Preferred: experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or similar tools.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari and experience with signal-based selling and enterprise propensity modeling.
