Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven analysis agents for biological reasoning across diverse datasets.
- Develop a standard analysis suite for datasets, including modules for various biological analyses.
- Create multi-step workflows combining ML models, statistical logic, and biological knowledge.
- Design agentic reasoning strategies for coherent scientific narratives from analyses.
- Integrate simulation and modeling tools for small molecule drug discovery.
- Collaborate with data engineering, bioinformatics, and curation teams for data consistency.
- Validate results and ensure scientific accuracy and reproducibility of analyses.
- Contribute to the long-term architecture for AI reasoning and hypothesis testing.
Requirements
- Strong experience in machine learning, computational biology, or related fields.
- Experience developing analysis modules for biological or scientific datasets.
- Familiarity with techniques in target discovery, gene expression analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with computational chemistry or simulation tools.
- Proficiency in Python and scientific computing libraries.
- Experience designing multi-step reasoning or workflow-based ML pipelines.
- Ability to translate complex scientific questions into structured workflows.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
