
Software Engineering Intern - Summer 2027 (Atlanta, GA)

- Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and support processes across environments.
- Build tools and pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of software.
- Automate code packaging, deployment, and configuration management.
- Develop and maintain enterprise platforms, infrastructure platforms, and cloud-based systems.
- Document development work, procedures, and test plans.
- Monitor system and service performance and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to improve software engineering throughput and quality.
- Use AI tools to support productivity, testing, and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field, including coursework in software development, systems, networking, or security.
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems, containers, and databases.
- Experience with source code, build, deployment, orchestration, and configuration management tools.
- Experience writing code and scripts in at least one high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with public cloud architecture and technologies, preferably AWS.
- Interest in automation, secure and resilient applications, application performance, and data-driven measurement.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and processes, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with AI tools used for software development, testing, and deployment automation.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and verbal and written communication skills.
