Responsibilities
- Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and support processes across environments.
- Build tools and pipelines for continuous integration and delivery, code packaging, code deployment, and configuration management.
- Develop and maintain enterprise platforms, infrastructure platforms, and automation tools on public and private clouds.
- Document development, procedures, and test plans while following security and engineering standards.
- Monitor system and service performance, escalate issues appropriately, and work with delivery and operations teams to improve software engineering throughput and quality.
- Use AI tools to assist with productivity, testing, and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field, including coursework in software development, systems, networking, and security.
- Passion for technology, reverse engineering, and writing code to create solutions and resolve problems.
- Collaborative communication skills with the ability to articulate technical thoughts and processes verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems, containers, databases, and source code, build, deployment, orchestration, and configuration management tools.
- Experience writing code and scripts in at least one high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with public cloud architecture and technologies, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and processes, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Interest in building secure, resilient applications at scale and measuring application performance.
- Familiarity with AI tools that assist with software development and deployment tasks.
