Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI-native engineering practice and developer tooling to enhance output.
- Manage a portfolio of velocity projects, integrating them into the CTO’s organization.
- Facilitate handoffs to ensure successful integration of acceleration projects.
- Create reusable playbooks and templates based on successful practices.
- Feed learnings back to platform teams to enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of shipping production code.
- Proven ability to drive the adoption of engineering practices or tools at an organizational level.
- Expertise in agentic coding tools and the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about business mechanics.
- Experience with evaluation-driven development and maintaining quality standards.
