Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Madhive’s AI-native engineering practice, evaluation harness, reusable AI building blocks, and developer tooling
- Manage a portfolio of velocity V1 initiatives and ensure their integration into the CTO organization
- Facilitate handoffs to engineering teams with named owners identified upfront
- Codify successful approaches into reusable golden-path playbooks covering deployment patterns, connector and building-block templates, evaluation frameworks, and observability standards
- Work directly with engineering teams to rapidly ship acceleration initiatives and turn successful approaches into reusable organizational capabilities
- Measure autonomous AI workflow adoption, delivery velocity, developer experience, and code quality and stability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience and a history of shipping production code at staff scope
- Evidence of driving adoption of an engineering practice or tool to organization-wide scale across Product and Engineering
- Expertise with agentic coding tools across the full software development lifecycle, including AI coding agents, evaluation and observability frameworks, CI/CD, and testing
- Experience building or running an evaluation harness
- Hands-on experience with evaluation-driven development, including precision/recall benchmarks, human review queues, and audit trails
- Ability to lead through technical credibility and influence in ambiguous problems
