Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise AI architecture strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design and implement Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent solutions using orchestration frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture from LLM selection and context engineering through deployment and integration.
- Drive PoCs, pilots, and reusable accelerators that produce measurable business outcomes.
- Establish AI governance, compliance, ethical AI, agent lifecycle, observability, and interoperability standards.
- Mentor architects, scale AI capabilities across teams, and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, strategists, solution architects, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 18+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent system design.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Preferred qualifications include AI governance, ethical AI, regulatory compliance, enterprise AI platform, agent lifecycle, observability, interoperability, mentoring, and executive communication experience.
