Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance web applications.
- Build frontend components using React.js and develop backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Design, integrate, query, and optimize REST/JSON services and Oracle Database solutions.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, reusable development patterns, and API designs.
- Mentor junior developers, guide development teams, perform code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot application, performance, database, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, release, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Advanced experience with React.js, functional components, hooks, state management, responsive design, accessibility, and UI performance optimization.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for backend development, APIs, scripting, or automation.
- Working experience with Node.js for backend services and integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, integration, error handling, authentication, authorization, logging, and secure coding practices.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL, including querying, joins, data validation, performance tuning, stored procedures, indexing, and optimization.
- Experience with Git, code review, debugging, logging, and performance monitoring.
- Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical deliverables is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle APEX, cloud platforms, legacy platform modernization, enterprise architecture, technical design discussions, or AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be considered.
