Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services to help clients implement effective solutions.
- Translate customer needs and business processes into business and technology solutions and technical requirements.
- Lead discussions on transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication to support successful integration project delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make or contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide scalable and sustainable solutions to complex integration challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Product Development Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Product Development Management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
