Responsibilities
- Engage customer and internal stakeholders to define agentic scenarios, assess AI readiness, and translate business requirements into solution architectures.
- Design, document, and govern scalable Copilot, agent, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 extensibility solutions.
- Lead pre-sales discovery, solution proposals, estimates, delivery approaches, technical risk assessment, and collaboration with Sales and delivery teams.
- Use Copilot Studio to build and manage agents, including topics, actions, orchestration, channels, monitoring, grounding, and evaluations.
- Guide implementation, testing, deployment, release planning, operational transition, and production scale-out for agentic workloads.
- Direct functional, security, privacy, and AI evaluation strategies and ensure responsible AI, compliance, quality, and operational readiness.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns and intellectual property, mentor technical talent, and provide thought leadership across internal and external communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 14+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or specialized technical domains; or a related master’s degree and 12+ years of experience; equivalent experience is also accepted.
- Experience with a Global Systems Integrator, IT vendor, or Microsoft Partner delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Business Applications and CRM solutions for medium to large enterprises.
- Expertise across the full IT solutions delivery lifecycle, including estimation, proposals, requirements, business process modeling, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Proven experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio solutions across industries.
- Experience building or extending Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions and hands-on Copilot Studio experience.
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot or similar tools, modern DevOps workflows, coding standards, and engineering productivity practices.
- Strong low-code architecture expertise, including environment strategy, DLP, governance, application lifecycle management, solution structuring, and enterprise maturity models.
- Hands-on architecture and solution design experience with Power Platform, Microsoft 365 extensibility, Copilot-enabled experiences, low-code AI solutions, Azure integrations, security, compliance, identity, and responsible AI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority across global and geographically distributed delivery models.
