Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate enterprise customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business and implementation objectives.
- Advise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment, while coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations for engineering teams, IT stakeholders, and executives.
- Guide scalable cloud architecture and enterprise-system integration decisions.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their Claude use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and provide insights to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in India or APAC and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Strong relationship-building, technical communication, and stakeholder translation skills, including with C-suite executives and engineering and IT teams.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, cultures, competing priorities, and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
