Responsibilities

  • Support Salesforce administration, application configuration, platform maintenance, and solution development.
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, permissions, and other platform capabilities.
  • Perform functional and regression testing, create test scenarios, document results, and troubleshoot defects.
  • Support Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and evaluate data flows between enterprise systems.
  • Assist with business-process automation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
  • Document business processes, configurations, technical designs, test scenarios, and process materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and communicate technical concepts and project updates.
  • Research and conduct proof-of-concept activities involving Salesforce capabilities, artificial intelligence, Agentforce, and emerging development tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understand object-oriented programming, databases, SQL queries, software development lifecycle concepts, and web technologies.
  • Know at least one programming language, preferably Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or a similar language.
  • Have familiarity with version control concepts, preferably Git, and strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include Salesforce coursework, Trailhead learning, certifications, or project experience.
  • Preferred experience includes exposure to Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, REST or SOAP APIs, Git or GitHub, software testing, application development, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Competitive hourly pay of $22.50–$25.00 and eligibility for overtime after more than 40 hours per week or as required by state law.
