Base Salary
$140k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build frontend and backend systems for the enterprise workflow automation platform.
- Define technical strategy, including system design, data modeling, service boundaries, and infrastructure choices.
- Integrate AI models and build reliable natural-language-to-action pipelines.
- Collaborate directly with customers to translate enterprise needs into product solutions.
- Evolve infrastructure for reliability, observability, performance, and enterprise-scale operation.
- Ship quickly while maintaining sustainable and maintainable systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building products quickly.
- Proficiency with TypeScript for backend and frontend development and with React.
- Deep understanding of system design, database architecture, and scaling distributed systems.
- Experience with Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Terraform, and GitHub Actions for deployment, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
- Experience with the Vercel AI SDK, Mastra, agentic loops, tool calling, streaming, and MCP.
- Understanding of tools such as OpenCode.
- Experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a bonus.
- Experience with LLM observability and production debugging using tools such as Langfuse and Datadog is a bonus.
- Experience at early-stage startups and major contributions to open-source projects are bonuses.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and a founder mentality.
