Responsibilities
- Conduct complex software quality assurance tests and analysis against technical standards and end-user requirements.
- Develop and execute advanced test cases, test plans, QA strategies, and testing deliverables across the SDLC.
- Provide oversight for functional, business-process, technical, offshore, release, integration, validation, and UAT testing.
- Manage testing risks, defects, problem resolution, quality milestones, documentation, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with Project Management, QA, Development, and Business teams from project creation through implementation.
- Provide authoritative testing advice, train testers and developers, and supervise a small- to medium-sized team environment.
- Recommend and implement improvements to QA effectiveness and software supporting information-systems efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within the Software Development Life Cycle.
- At least 3 years of experience with database structures, SQL queries, TOAD, and ETL testing.
- At least 3 years of experience with at least two listed ERP or procurement systems: Oracle HCM Cloud, EBS HRMS, PeopleSoft-Finance, Oracle Finance/HCM, Ariba, or Coupa.
- At least 3 years of experience with at least two listed reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Spotfire.
- At least 3 years of experience with data analytics, modeling, and algorithms using Python.
- At least 3 years of experience with QA testing, QA plans, test-case development, QA methodologies, documentation, Quality Center, QTP, Selenium, and project management.
- At least 3 years of experience across all SDLC phases, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and validation.
- At least 3 years of experience with AS400 business applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with national accounts applications and integrations including Acorn, Salesforce, Portals, Contract Management, Mulesoft, MAS, Pricing, ESB, and APIs.
