Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions for challenging client projects.
- Build production-level ML and AI solutions using software engineering and machine learning principles.
- Automate deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure through MLOps practices.
- Perform data analysis, cleaning, and variable transformation.
- Develop and train machine learning and AI models.
- Parallelize, optimize, tune, test, and deploy models into production environments.
- Lead projects independently and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- More than 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Experience building an end-to-end software product with AI or machine learning components.
- Experience with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
- Strong Python skills and reasonable SQL understanding.
- Strong background in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle, including scalable ML pipeline design and production deployment.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include Big Data tools, cloud platforms, Docker, recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking models, cognitive services, agentic AI, TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, unit testing, RESTful API development, DevOps practices, and strong object-oriented programming skills.
