Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data flows, governance models, and scalable solution designs.
- Configure and optimize journey rules, audience segments, and decision strategies in Adobe Journey Optimiser.
- Translate business and supply chain requirements into technical designs, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Guide developers and analysts on data modeling, identity resolution, event streaming, and platform best practices.
- Enforce code review, automated testing, and deployment standards to support stable releases.
- Coordinate technical milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress with program management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Optimize platform performance and scalability by analyzing execution metrics and implementing tuning strategies.
- Implement data privacy, consent management, retention, and regulatory compliance practices.
- Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and durable corrective actions.
- Facilitate workshops, document architectures and configuration standards, and support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- Partner with analytics teams to monitor journey adoption and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Eight to ten years of experience in technical roles involving solution design, system integration, and delivery of customer- or operations-focused platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser, including data ingestion, schema design, audience creation, and journey orchestration.
- Understanding of supply chain and operations domains, including process flows, inventory considerations, and service levels.
- Program management experience involving planning, effort estimation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in data integration, API-based communication, and batch processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with onsite and remote teams in hybrid work environments.
