Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end architecture for Generative AI solutions integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Design 'Bring Your Own Model' (BYOM) patterns for secure access to Foundational Models hosted on AWS.
- Architect data ingestion and grounding strategies to provide AI models with real-time customer profiles.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI compliance with data privacy and security policies.
- Lead the technical implementation of Model Builder and Prompt Builder within Salesforce.
- Configure Amazon Bedrock agents to execute complex tasks and retrieve proprietary data.
- Develop serverless middleware using AWS Lambda and API Gateway for low-latency communication.
- Oversee fine-tuning of models on AWS SageMaker for domain-specific adaptations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure proper data ingestion and activation from various sources.
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators to embed AI outputs into workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Product Managers, translating technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Monitor LLM performance and implement optimization strategies for cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on new features in the Salesforce/AWS partnership.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the AWS AI/ML stack, particularly Amazon Bedrock.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Platform.
- Experience designing RAG architectures and Vector Database integrations.
- Expert-level knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs and secure Salesforce-to-AWS connectivity.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Apex programming.
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Data Science.
- 3+ years focused on AI/ML solutioning or Data Engineering.
- Proven track record of deploying Generative AI solutions into production.
- Experience with 'Zero Copy' architecture between Salesforce and Data Warehouses is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
