Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop enterprise-scale Generative AI applications using RAG frameworks.
- Design scalable, secure, and performant architectures for AI-driven platforms.
- Build and optimize FastAPI APIs for integration with AI models and data pipelines.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows with cross-functional teams.
- Implement data ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval mechanisms for large-scale knowledge bases.
- Deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP while following cloud best practices.
- Tune and optimize AI models and APIs and stay current with Generative AI, LLM, and RAG developments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development and system design.
- The posting also lists 3–5 years of experience under Mandatory Skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and RAG architectures.
- Understanding of system and architecture design for distributed applications.
- Experience deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and exposure to DevOps practices.
