Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Document GTM workflow requests and requirements with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Build, test, debug, and iterate AI-powered workflows from defined specifications.
- Apply UX, critical-thinking, agentic-workflow, and deterministic-logic design practices.
- Support workflow pilots, documentation, training, and adoption across GTM teams.
- Track hours saved, pipeline influenced, conversion lifts, and other workflow results.
- Build self-serve and Slack-triggered AI tools that improve account prioritization and reduce administrative work.
- Automate connected workflows across Salesforce, Gong, and G2 Intent.
- Support build-versus-buy decisions, third-party model evaluation, and extensions to G2's GTM AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in RevOps, GTM strategy, sales, or a technical/engineering role within B2B SaaS GTM.
- Demonstrated success building or supporting AI automation in GTM workflows such as lead scoring, pipeline insights, AI summaries, or outbound triggers.
- General software engineering literacy, including understanding servers, APIs, and data movement between systems.
- Hands-on experience building and debugging workflows in a platform such as n8n, or the ability and motivation to learn quickly.
- Working familiarity with sales and martech tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Working familiarity with GenAI and automation tools including Claude, Zapier, Clay, and Notion.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker, or equivalent platforms, ideally through day-to-day practitioner or seller experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Bias for rapid iteration, hypothesis testing, and continuous learning.
