Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations.
- Translate business requirements into reliable AI-powered solutions for account intelligence, sales productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, content generation, knowledge retrieval, and customer engagement.
- Extend enterprise AI platforms using APIs, connectors, MCP, tool calling, and custom development.
- Integrate Salesforce, GTM applications, data sources, and enterprise systems into secure connected workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Establish testing, monitoring, documentation, feedback, governance, and responsible-use practices.
- Measure solution accuracy, usability, adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and returned capacity.
- Serve as a technical and strategic partner for responsible AI adoption across Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI solution development, business applications, automation, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or comparable enterprise automation solutions.
- Expertise with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience integrating applications and data through APIs, connectors, webhooks, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and B2B sales, marketing, customer success, or broader GTM processes.
- Experience with Gong, Clari, or comparable revenue technology is preferred.
- Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including testing, monitoring, security review, governance, and performance improvement.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
