Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and LLM-powered enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize RAG solutions using embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.
- Develop agentic AI capabilities using tool and function calling, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation patterns.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise systems and develop cloud-native applications on Azure.
- Use Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or equivalent enterprise AI and search platforms.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, release, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, improve performance, and stay current with emerging GenAI tools and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong Python development skills and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience building RAG solutions with embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented architectures.
- Practical experience with agentic AI, tool or function calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or an equivalent enterprise AI platform.
- Experience with Azure AI Search or equivalent vector and search technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs with enterprise systems.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, including Azure Function Apps and API Management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, MCP, multi-agent architectures, Databricks, MLflow, Spark, Snowflake, Azure Document Intelligence, LLM observability and evaluation platforms, React, TypeScript, or modern web development frameworks.
