Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce and nCino solution architectures for enterprise banking and financial processes.
- Provide technical guidance on SFDC development, customization, configuration, objects, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and automation.
- Lead Salesforce Lightning component and user experience design for financial business users.
- Develop integration strategies connecting Salesforce with core banking and finance systems through APIs and middleware.
- Conduct impact analysis, solution design reviews, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce and nCino capabilities.
- Guide code quality, configuration management, environment governance, secure data handling, regulatory controls, and audit readiness.
- Create reusable architectural patterns, integration templates, solution blueprints, design standards, and technical roadmaps.
- Provide day-shift technical oversight and resolve critical Salesforce ecosystem incidents.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SFDC development and customization using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Strong proficiency configuring SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation for finance and accounting processes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning design patterns and component-based development.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration approaches, APIs, and middleware connectivity.
- Proven experience implementing nCino solutions for lending, onboarding, and financial product workflows in regulated environments.
- Understanding of finance and accounting concepts, financial transactions, controls, and reporting requirements.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- nCino technical certification is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid work model.
