Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Support Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions, including advanced pricing and revenue orchestration.
- Deliver complex Salesforce initiatives from technical design through production deployment.
- Develop and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Own and enhance Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Configure and extend RCA components such as Product Catalog and Pricing.
- Build and customize RCA-driven Quote, Order, and Revenue flows.
- Implement and optimize advanced pricing rules using RCA capabilities.
- Support RCA data models and APIs for integration with Salesforce core objects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting automation and data quality.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline activities, and release management.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to platform health and delivery quality.
- Drive user adoption through training and documentation initiatives.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 7-8 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and custom applications.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
