Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AgenticAI systems at scale.
- Optimize processes to run efficiently on large-scale computing resources.
- Collaborate with software engineers and scientists to investigate designs, prototype technologies, and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into technology architecture and make data-driven architectural and design decisions.
- Deliver high-quality software in rapid increments within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
