Responsibilities
- Contribute design skills and technical expertise to collaborative projects.
- Engage in the entire software development process from requirements gathering to implementation.
- Shape a tech stack leveraging modern front-end frameworks like React.
- Coach and mentor product engineers to deliver high-performing applications.

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years in a software engineering position with experience in product architecture.
- 5+ years of experience building web front ends using React, Jest, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of automated testing importance.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop domain expertise.
- Ability to manage short-term deliverables with a long-term perspective.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
