Responsibilities
- Design, build, customize, and maintain LLM-powered solutions, custom GPTs, and domain-specific assistants.
- Develop prompts, system instructions, context strategies, prompt chains, tool-calling integrations, and basic agentic workflows.
- Build and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases.
- Evaluate and improve LLM outputs using quality and safety criteria and apply responsible AI principles and governance standards.
- Develop full-stack AI-enabled applications, including backend services, APIs, reusable components, and UI integrations.
- Integrate LLM capabilities into existing enterprise applications and debug application or AI-related issues.
- Deploy AI solutions on Azure and/or AWS and support CI/CD pipelines, MLOps workflows, model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with onshore leads, offshore teams, business stakeholders, customers, business analysts, and business teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development background and proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and custom GPT-based solutions.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
- Cloud experience with Azure and AWS.
- Basic understanding of MLOps, DevOps, production support, software development lifecycle practices, debugging, and application performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, stakeholder interaction, and delivery skills.
