Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement OEMS features supporting trading operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience with trading technologies and execution platforms such as Fidessa, EMSX, Liquiditybook, Enfusion, Flextrade, or EZ.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, including order entry and drop copy functionality.
- Understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle, including order capture, executions, allocations, settlements, pre-trade compliance, and broker connectivity.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading workflows, asset classes, and scalable application design principles.
- Familiarity with SQL and non-SQL databases.
- More than three years of professional C# experience and knowledge of its ecosystem.
- Experience building scalable distributed systems.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, ElasticStack, messaging middleware, caching frameworks, testing platforms, and unit tests.
