Responsibilities
- Build low-latency applications, systems, and trading tools with development and trading teams.
- Deliver well-scoped, self-contained projects within the production codebase.
- Integrate new functionality cleanly into mature systems.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while critically reviewing generated code and owning its correctness.
- Develop technical skills and learn how technology supports trading teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with expected graduation between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including C++ and/or Python.
- Ability to read and navigate an existing codebase and deliver a contained project within it.
- Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and critically review generated code.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ideally applied to numerical or performance-sensitive problems.
- Ability to work onsite at the London office five days per week.
