Responsibilities
- Provide KTLO support for current implementations.
- Perform technical impact analysis, root-cause analysis, incident management, and defect resolution for production issues.
- Design solutions and contribute to modernization and new development efforts.
- Create proofs of concept when necessary and develop high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and deploy features using identified tools and processes.
- Write test automation scripts and perform logging and monitoring.
- Create documentation, process-flow diagrams, and regular status reports.
- Maintain and support feature and defect tracking.
- Collaborate with the onshore team and follow established development processes.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience.
- Experience with CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Java full-stack development.
- Knowledge of unit testing, concurrent design, multithreading, and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to deliver tasks autonomously, estimate effort, manage risks, and contribute proactively.
- Ability to design technical solutions and perform production issue analysis.
- Ability to follow architectural decisions, selected tooling, and engineering delivery processes.
