Responsibilities

  • Build practical secure AI prototypes and proofs of concept in customer sandbox environments using AWS AI services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Implement controls for agent identity, prompt-injection defense, AI development lifecycles, guardrails, auditing, and regulatory evidence.
  • Stay involved throughout implementation and adjust designs based on real-world customer findings.
  • Partner with Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker service teams and provide APJC field requirements and customer feedback.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, working code, patterns, blog posts, and workshops from customer engagements.
  • Mentor regional solution architects and the broader field community on secure AI practices.
  • Transfer proven patterns to content and enablement teams for scalable field guidance.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in a relevant technical domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing, building, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
  • At least 10 years of IT development, deployment, or consulting experience in the software or internet industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in cloud security.
  • Experience and knowledge in generative AI security.
  • Preferred: 5 or more years of hands-on architecture design experience in infrastructure, databases, or networking.
  • Preferred: knowledge of cloud architecture.
