Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software components and applications for Audible’s audiobook creator and provider platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to design, launch, and maintain scalable customer-centric software solutions.
- Clarify technical requirements, estimate development work, and apply varied software design approaches.
- Use data structures and algorithms to solve challenging technical problems and deliver high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor and lead developers while promoting software quality, customer experience, and maintainability improvements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with a wide range of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to independently clarify technical requirements, assess development estimates, and use diverse design approaches.
- Ability to write scalable, maintainable code and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Ability to conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor developers.
