Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Build and maintain distributed systems for AI model training and inference.
- Develop algorithms to improve AI model efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate AI research into production environments with data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proficiency in distributed computing and experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, model optimization, and neural network deployment.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL workflows, and large-scale data processing.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
