Base Salary
$125k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies as an embedded member of a product development team.
- Lead automation strategy and project-level testing efforts.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
- Serve as the technical authority for automated testing across team features.
- Execute acceptance and exploratory testing to validate application functionality.
- Identify testing gaps and drive solutions for improved automated test coverage.
- Own and evolve central quality engineering tools and frameworks.
- Mentor and support quality engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Collaborate with quality engineers and leadership to improve SDLC and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience with web or mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript in test automation.
- Deep experience designing and maintaining UI automation using WebdriverIO or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence quality practices.
- Experience testing Web UI and APIs through automated and manual approaches.
- Strong understanding of Page Object Model design patterns and QA methodologies.
- Self-starter with a passion for automation and quality engineering.
