Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end, UI/UX, API, and backend layers.
- Build custom AI agents, reusable agent skills, orchestration frameworks, and automation workflows using LLMs, Model Context Protocol, and MLOps.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable technical solutions.
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, support, documentation, and source control.
- Resolve application, system, and performance issues to maintain reliability and stability.
- Collaborate with data science, robotics, operations, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop reusable engineering patterns and AI solutions that improve manufacturing productivity, quality, decision-making, and engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience building and delivering medium- to high-complexity production web or AI applications end to end.
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational or non-relational data stores such as Snowflake, MSSQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of GCP, Azure, or AWS, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native application development, and CI/CD pipeline ownership.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Experience designing AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, orchestration frameworks, LLM integrations, data ingestion and feature pipelines, or responsible AI practices is preferred.
- Semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
