Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications across UI/UX, API, and backend layers.
- Build custom AI agents, reusable agent skills, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Apply modular architecture, object-oriented design, clean code, automated testing, code reviews, documentation, source control, and operational excellence practices.
- Troubleshoot application, system, and performance issues to maintain reliability and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and reusable enterprise solutions.
- Design data ingestion and feature pipelines and support reliable production deployment of ML/AI use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience building and delivering production web or AI applications end to end.
- Experience delivering solutions in complex, cross-functional environments and collaborating with data science, robotics, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience using relational or non-relational data stores such as Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of GCP, Azure, or AWS, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native application development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Preferred experience designing AI agents, multi-agent collaboration patterns, autonomous workflow orchestration, and integrations with LLMs and other AI models.
- Preferred experience designing data ingestion and feature pipelines for AI/ML workloads at scale and applying responsible AI, model evaluation, observability, and safe deployment practices.
- Semiconductor manufacturing, smart manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, or other high-reliability engineering experience is preferred.
