Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend, API, and backend layers.
- Design and implement custom AI agents, reusable agent skills, orchestration frameworks, and automation workflows using LLMs, Model Context Protocol, and MLOps.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Apply modular architecture, object-oriented design, clean code, automated testing, code reviews, documentation, and source control.
- Resolve application, system, and performance issues to maintain reliability and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional data science, robotics, operations, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Contribute to innovative solutions, intelligent automation, modern software architectures, and improved engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience building and delivering production web or AI applications end to end.
- Experience delivering software in complex, cross-functional environments; semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational or non-relational data stores such as Snowflake, MSSQL, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of GCP, Azure, or AWS, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Preferred experience includes AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, orchestration frameworks, LLM integrations, AI/ML data pipelines, responsible AI, model evaluation, and safe AI deployment.
