Base Salary
$90k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for automated build, test, and release workflows.
- Implement repeatable infrastructure as code deployments using Terraform and YAML across multiple environments.
- Design infrastructure solutions with application, data, and security teams while balancing performance, cost, risk, and compliance.
- Optimize cloud resource usage through analysis, right-sizing, and governance controls.
- Establish monitoring, observability, and alerting practices to improve system health and incident response.
- Guide configuration management, secrets management, and environment segregation practices.
- Conduct infrastructure design and code reviews for security, regulatory, and industry best-practice compliance.
- Document architecture decisions, infrastructure diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with investment banking and brokerage stakeholders on domain-specific infrastructure needs.
- Perform risk assessments for infrastructure changes and evaluate emerging cloud automation, AIOps, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Terraform.
- Practical understanding of unit, integration, regression, and security testing within the software delivery lifecycle.
- At least 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and release management.
- Experience implementing and governing branching strategies such as GitFlow, trunk-based development, or similar approaches.
- Knowledge of DORA metrics and their use in measuring engineering efficiency, deployment performance, reliability, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience or preference related to investment banking operations and brokerage domains.
